1. 7 Days Exchange Policy: If there is any issue with any product, you can exchange it only within 7 days of delivery.
Important: Video of opening the parcel in front of the delivery rider is mandatory. Claims without video will not be accepted.
2. Electric Items: All electric items come with a 2-day checking warranty. Please check within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Damage/Defective Item: If any item is damaged or defective, it will be exchanged only within 7 days. No refunds will be given.
4. Shipping Charges: For exchange, all return and new delivery shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Note: Returns/Warranty will not be accepted in case of customer mistake, damage, or misuse.
